I am thinking maybe this x2 with my maelstroms in it.

With my QSC amp they should see about ~1000 watts each perhaps.

My only fear is then using a HPF at ~10hz, how much I would loose in the <10hz range. It's that or maybe sealed with some processing. I think I would much rather have more power to them at that point though so I could boost the bottom like a madman.

got bored and played around with the numbers....basically it should cost me, give or take some, about the same to operate and maintain the E55 as it would a thee quarter/one ton diesel pickup...interesting, eh...

e55 > pick up

Unless you have some real need for a truck or do not have access to one . I think you mentioned you live in a rural area of texas... I'm only guessing... there are a few pick ups out there, and probably one close by.

oil changes might be cheaper than a diesel, dunno, 60 bucks for oil + filter for the E55

EDIT: That's for 2 gallons of 0W-40 Mobil 1 + MANN-FILTER btw

Teh rebuild !

Going to test out a port like sundown uses. I'll still have the 12 inch flared port to test and see how the new box volume / size works compared to the old one. And there also is room for a square port on one of the sides.

Need to get the mids and 9835 in so they are functional by this weekend. Box and testing also needs to be completed by this weekend. So much to do, so little time.

I need to do an oil change in the Cadillac in the next month too. That involves a case of oil and a filter, 7.5 qts to refill it, and it will leak/use the rest of the case by the time its ready to change again.

Fuck the recession............this lack of $$$ is bullshit

jesus christ i was on the water for 4 hours, that's about 3 too many

Perhaps I am an internet noob, but I'd love to figure out how to not get an email for every post in a damn thread on this software. Unless it keeps changing my choice I don't quite see why I am getting so many.

Amusingly I ran into that thread...yesterday. :P I have a wood project in my bathroom and want to have my sub for the living room planned so I can do them both at the same time. Way faster to do two very related projects than two separate ones : )
