that lead to knocking down 3 closets. New flooring, new counter top, a flood in the basement meant new carpet and lead into new HT including 2 new couches.

We're remodeling the bathroom a bit too with paint fan and new mirror.

The demolition of 2 ponds is in progress, and then a brand new one will be built. we are also working on plans for a deck and I want a hot tub and gazebo with a paved fire pit and sitting area.
