Note on the Video card, I don't game AT ALL...but did buy a video camera and will do some video editing. An HDMI out is a near must as I will link it to every TV in the house for automation shit.

Looks like a pretty good deal. Could have got the gfx card at like 17 bucks cheaper, but the mobo, cpu and ram are at or under cost elsewhere online, and no pay/wait for shipping. Will be a good system for video editing for sure. I assume they have a case/monitor/hard drive already and are just upgrading the comp for more speed?
