Is it possible to make 2 single 2 ohm?

Not without custom order coils. Would be pretty expensive.

Like how much? I just got a 100.4 and I want another one, use 2 channels for these 8's and the others for my rear deck.

You could try 4 ohm stereo - they will sound pretty good with that power level.

Really won't be worth the cost for custom coils.

Could I bridge two channels and wire them parallel for 2 ohms?

No you cannot bridge it at 2 ohms, it will not be reliable for the long term.

Whip out a calculator boy! $360 for 6 and $480 for 8. I did that in my head, cause I passed 4th grade.

Have you also been a douche since 4th grade? :) haha yea I didn't really see the price thing I was in a hurry earlier. What is a calculator anyway?

Don't take this seriously dur.

C'mon man, can't sense any sarcasm? I was laying it on pretty thick.

are there any problems with coil rock, because of the tall profile surround, and the single spider arrangement?

Nope.

Full T/S specs are listed above - including the 200 RMS rating.

They will play up to ~200 Hz or so clean - so they will work as a midbass. We have two installed in a Bronco here for midbass and they do GREAT IB for that job :)

THAT is what i wanted to hear.

What Mid speakers are you using? My Omnes BB3.01 only go down to ~400hz and would 2 of those be good with a 125.2, or should i go 100.4 and bridge to 2 channel?

He is using Eminence 8s for midrange and Selenium tweeters up top.

Two would work well with a 125.2 -- this is what the Bronco has (100.2 actually).

expect my payment for 2 8's, 125.2 and 50.4 in the next 2-3weeks

So two of these would work great under the rear seat of a explorer sportrac, correct. Running off a 125.2, with subs facing forward.

ya the 125.2 would work if ran on each channel you wont want to bridge it tho

I wouldnt use the 125.2 since the E8s are only single 4 ohm you could use the 100.4 and bridge 2 sets of channels to each woofer

I talked to Jake about that and he told me it wouldn't be reliable to run them like that.

Run (4) 8's off a 125.2 @ 4 ohms bridged and call it a day. :)

Good Taste! I just placed the same order except with 4 8's for the wife's Armada ;)

Indeed - for two subs on a 125.2 you would need to run 4 ohm stereo or 8 ohms bridged. Either way is actually plenty of power for the E8s :)
