Theres a lot of factors involving that tell him. Theres how many watts hes goina run, is his electrical system good, will be be running 12 v or 16 v system, placement of speackers, and of course type of box. A pretty rough estimate in okay conditions culd prob hit around 150 ish.

You do realize that, if it is even possible in a vehicle environment, at 190 decibels eardrums rupture from the SHOCK wave(that's right, its not a sound wave anymore! its a shockwave.) Then at 198 decibels you WILL die from the shock wave.
