Big dave, Select Products has forming fabric that is about about 1/4 thick. Fishman also had his "fish fabric" but I don't know if he still has his supply shop. If you can get some true Alpine brand fleece it is a good 1/4 inch thick. I will call my distibutors and see if I can find some for ya.

K- bit of a 'tail' (hahaha). I'm at the WORLD FINALS in, hmmm, either Tempe Arizona OR Oklahma City, 90-91 ish? Bin there many times, so I remember things from the locations cuz there's way too many people & vehicles to recall. But- there was this one guy..... Oh- I'm getting ahead of myself.

A long time ago, there was this fella- Scrooge McDuck! Donalds Uncle.

nice build BDave ...and u should write a book ....a lot of car audio freaks would love it ...

Just read all of that. Sucks. :(

On a positive note, you do some of the most amazing work I've ever seen! And that's the truth!

Ok, so Dave sent a whack of pictures and said he is nearly done with the install. Here are some shots of the amplifier "pods" in a rather random order:

This shot is of the amps mounted to the roof so you are looking up at them:

These next shots looks like Dave is sizing things up:

There aren't too many folks out there who would consider challenging Dave's abilities I'm quite certain :D

i am going to be so sad when this car is finished =( ... no more amazing craftsman pictures =(

This is a very creative and intelligent design, its great to see people go the extra yard for car audio. Doors are lovely, amp rack and box are impressive; but a feature I love most is the opening of the rear window to keep amps & processors cool even if they thought about getting warm.

ik i also saw that jay ... that is nice ... it can also be used to see out of as well unlike my setup =) ... i also love how this project is pinned ahahahah
