I would love to try something like this sometime... how do you measure for the kerf cuts to come out right, and do you just add an inch or so to port length to accommodate for rounding the end of it?

all depends on size and weight..this perticular box would cost in the area of $120 Canadian funds to ship

to the far end of the US from here (Salmon Arm BC)

US funds it is about 25-30% less

of simple quick builds so I'll be hiring help soon to build those

as far as my custom stuff I'll keep those for myself..I don't trust others to keep

the quality to my expectations..just good enough isn't good enough for me
