Right now I have 2 BL 18's D2 running off 2 strapped 1500ds with final load of 2 ohm. If I ran 3 D2's what would amp put out and would it be stable for daily? Or should I buy another 1500d, and just run 1 to each sub

I used to run that exact setup. 3 dual 2ohm BL 18s off a pair of strapped saz-1500s. Ideally 3 amps on 3 subs would be best but 2 amps will work fine. They will each see a 0.67ohm load which is not warrantied but like I said they will work just fine.

thanks for reply. I like the way 2 sound with 2 amps, but depends how big box will be for 3. If I am going to have to wall it, I will just run 4 subs, 4 amps.

I ran my 3 Bl 18s in 15ft net volume w/ six 6" ports tuned to 32hz and they sounded great.

my box is a little over 15 cubes after port and sub now tuned to 33hz with 200+ square inches of port area and it picks up the lows great. Sounds really good, I was just thinking about adding another one if possible. Will post updates later
