Anyone trying to call me my phone IS NOT working at the shop.

AT&T is taking their time fixing it... I've had no dial tone since last Tuesday afternoon. I was gone most of the time and was hoping they would fix it but hey have not... have called several times today from my cell with no results yet. Apparently I have to pay outrageous pricing for "commercial grade" service but they have all day to fix my problems.

that suck brother.. i know the feeling... i have to pay crazy amounts for cable internet at my office just cause its a biz, not to mention the price of cisco phones...

good luck!

*laughs*

I would use it as a business line but it doesn't work at home OR at the shop most of the time. I'd cancel it too and try another service if I wasn't locked in a contract with Sprint.

Finally got a tech here... seems my phone is broken.

It still rings and is powered on... but it has no dial tone (cordless phones),I cannot talk to anyone, and I don't know who called when I missed the call.

New Phone time I suppose.

I have a temporary phone (vintage 1997)... so anyone who has been trying to call me should be able to now.

That seems kinda ironic.

Sometimes people thinks its the amps fault, but its something in there setup. And you have to deal with that all the time.
