what is the best route to get a design box build for 2 15" btls? where does everyone else get their designs from?

wanted to get something directly from fi. but yeah i know about them. they designed a box for me before.

doubt youll get a design directly from Fi...all youll get there are box recommendations(size, tuning etc)

and if you got designs from fisher customs or pound that sound(dont know which one) there is the answer to your question right there....

You're only pushing those two w/ 2500watts? If that size power, whey didn't you get smaller power handling subs?

But w/ PTS or Fisher Customs, you can't go wrong.

Because it has been covered a million times. . .Even with 100 watts, the BTL will still be the loudest sub Fi makes (of course there are more variables. . .maybe I should say "still has the potential to be the loudest sub Fi makes).

1000+ watts per sub is more than enough.

PM me some maximum dimensions you have to work with and I will design something for you.

I am fully aware of this. I still don't think they would be much louder than say a pair of BL's & he could have saved some money. (At least off of that power.)

There are a lot of variable that will determine how loud the setup is, but look at this:

BTL 1w/1m SPL = 93.1 dB

BL 1w/1m SPL = 90.6 dB

That is a pretty good difference. Not to mention going from 1300-1400 watts per BTL to 2500 watts per BTL is less than 3 dB difference.

Your "thinking" isn't helping. :(
