March 26, 200520 yr Why would you buy synthetic and change it every 3K ?Seems like a waste to meWhy is it a waste? Oil gets dirty. QUICKLY! That's the blood of your engine. Keeping it clean is key to longevity and performance. Synthetics are not just for prolonged oil changes. In fact, just until recently they should be changed at regular intervals just as conventional oil.
March 26, 200520 yr Admin Why would you buy synthetic and change it every 3K ?Seems like a waste to meI do it for my 3.2 I6 cause its a complex motor and it purrrrs very smooth even with 161k on it, honestly you barely know its on when at a stop light

Inline motors are VERY torquey. That's got to be a fun little bugger.

That's got to be a fun little bugger.not positive, might have to double check, but its in the area of 220 before the intake and exhaust, the large and somewhat heavy wheels hurt it a little, but really let it roll above 120mph I wish I had the money for turbo and chiping, it would be the only monochrome 300ceBrabus turbo (w124)
March 26, 200520 yr I love turbos. If I ever get the money, I'll have a TT setup. All the HP of a blower, 50% more torque!Hence my screenname.
March 27, 200520 yr Admin I love turbos. If I ever get the money, I'll have a TT setup. All the HP of a blower, 50% more torque!Hence my screenname.very true, I am more a fan of the TT setup on the stang, there have been some serious rigs built that are putting up better numbers and a little better flexability and drivability than many supercharged ones that I have seen of late
March 29, 200520 yr 1994 Ford E-150 1/2 ton cargo van:more pics coming when i finally get around to washing it this week no performance (heh) mods, all the work is done in the audio and two-way radio gear that's installed. And there's quite a bit of that

March 31, 200520 yr Jim - there is a flower on your truck.... just thought that you should know that.-Nickim pretty sure that the story behind the flowers is that the van used to be a delivery truck for his parents flower shop and when he got it, he just left the flowers
