Can you make a box according to these specs? I got it from someone's past build.

I want it to be center ported. And how much will it cost shipped to zip code 30047?

Specs:

2 SSA Icon 15s

22"H x 42"W x 20"D, 8.889^3ft gross, 7.837^3ft net

with a 20.5" x 4" x 15.4"long port

Center ported

*Tuned to 31hz or 32hz?

Black carpet, double baffle

Is this a good box or is there better specs you can get? I like the 20" depth though because I can have more trunk space in my explorer. How much also would it be if I bought the 2 icons from you as well? Thanks
