I have 4 Dual 2 subs and i want to hopefully run 2 3000's so each amp will see a 2ohm load. with them strapped will that make the amps run full power

with 4 dual 2 subs, you can run 2 subs at 2ohms to each amp for an efficient daily setup, and then rewire them to 0.5ohms per amp for competitions..

i don't see any way to get 1ohm operation with those subs / amps..

i know but what im wondering when they are strapped am i suppose to be sending a 2ohm load to each amp or 1ohm to each amp

A final load of 2 ohm to 2 amps that are strapped would be 1 ohm per amp.

i know but what im wondering when they are strapped am i suppose to be sending a 2ohm load to each amp or 1ohm to each amp

when strapped, they will function as 1 amp with a minimum impedance rating of 2ohms..
