if i'm correct the better the RCA the better luck you have with not getting road noise right? so i know the best brands are monster, kicker, and RF. do you think kicker 09z series are worth the extra few dollars or should you just go with the cheap scorche RCA's?

Incorrect.

The better your grounding system, the better luck not getting "road" (commonly referred to as Alt wine) noise.

johnecon is right. Noise would be from a bad ground or having RCA's run next to the power wire.

Buy the cheap RCA's unless you just need your install to look pretty for a car show.

Spend the money you save on something else. : )

Good to know that. I always ran them on one side of the car and the power on the other side because every amp I ever bought said it could cause noise. Guess I should have actually done it myself before I offered that advice to others.
