im using alpine 9855R with sundown saz1500 on dual genesis audiophile 30.01.

my problem is when i connect rca to the regular INPUT connection even on full gain the subs almost not move

but when i connect rca to the BR connection the subs working great but i dont have control on gain etc....

what can be the problem?

Try a different RCA cable.

i try about 3 king of rca its not the problem, in the first 2-3 min after i turn on the HU its work fine on normal input connection, after than the sub vol is rolling down, i need to rise up vol in HU (also sub vol in hu) to maximum to hear the subs moving.

mybe preamp out of HU ?

Could be the HU if it works initially then fades.

i check the amplifier on some diffrent cars, the same problem....

I had a similar problem with my JL 1000/1 , however mine did work in other cars when i wanted to trial and error the problem. It turns out I had an adapter hooked up to my Stock headunit that was killing the signal or something, however i just replaced the HU and got a nice aftermarket, removed that adapter, and walla! Beauty

im from israel, and no i dont get it new. but its still in warranty, the amplifier Purchased in USA

how can i use in the warranty ?

where i need to send it and all that stuff ?...

If it was purchased in the USA you would need to send it back to me in the USA and pre-pay return shipping but we can get it taken care of.
