.5 ohms is a bad idea.. just get a kicker kx.2500.1.. will be safer in the long run.. spend a little extra now instead of buying amps now and running them at .5 ohms and frying them.. then you'll really be screwed

If you are going to buy another sub you could get the saz-4500, and run it at 2 ohms until you get the second sub. Then run both of the subs off the 1 amp at 1 ohm.

or do the same with a saz-3500 since the 4500 might be out of your budget

that and it doesn't come out for months. He Just ordered his sub I think he wants to play with it.
