drop the 6x9s and bridge 4 channels to the polks upfront, watch your gain so you dont smoke them haha.

I would take those 6x9's out and sell them, go buy you some tweeters to go upfront with those 6.5" polks and if that doesnt help then its time to upgrade the 6.5" speakers.

leave the holes. cover them with a grill if you want to cover them up but dont block them off.

leave them open, lets the bass get into the cabin better. put grills over the holes if there exposed (makes it look like there is a speaker there but there really isn't)

The horms will be perfect, they get loud and cover a nice range of frequencies (dont be mad if you polk's wont hang with them). enjoy

You shouldn't ever need more than 1 pair of horns in a car.

k thanks i would like to upgrade my 6.5 Polk audios to something better any suggestions

To me th simple solution is to back the sub gain down. Adding more or different speakers is not always the answer. Horns can get very loud, and sound quite good, but they usually need a good deal of work to get them level through equalization plus most still need midbass' to go with them.
