September 23, 200915 yr It would be nice if they gave port dimensions. Who knows what it is tuned to. . .Using the dimensions they gave, the gross volume is 4.8 cuft, so that is already a red flag when it says 2.5 cuft per sub and cannot be more than 2.4 GROSS volume. Subtract driver and port displacement, who knows what you have. . There are some really nice premade sealed boxes out there, but I stay away from premade ported boxes. It may sound ok, but you may also end up with a damaged sub from high tuning frequencies.Brian

September 23, 200915 yr hey man if ur going to be spending a buck 40 on a pre made box.....u should just make ur ownx2, or go get one custom made for your subs at a local shop if you cant make your own. They probably didnt account for sub displacement on that box so tuning and enclosure size may be a tad bit off.
September 23, 200915 yr Prefab? Why? Just build your own. It may seem challenging, but it is easier than what you might think.
September 23, 200915 yr Spend your money wisely and find somebody reputable that can build an enclosure to the speakers T/S parameters and get the most out your subwoofers.
