im lookin at 2 18 inch ssd recones but im wondering if it comes with the CA glue and shims or not.

No shims...we're probably going to add glue to the website shortly and you can only purchase it when you get a recone kit.

ok, any sugguestions where to get it from in the meantime..ill just make shims like the rest of the world, but i still need that glue

You do not have to use that glue.

Go to home depot and get loctite 15 minute epoxy...works fantastic.

All you do is put the epoxy on the spider landing and surround landing and put a little bit of weight on the cone to hold everything down. Put the gasket back around the edge of the surround so it is held down.

so i went to go get the glue, and HD's by me dont carry that glue, only the 5,6,7, and 50 minute ones. anywhere else i can get CA glue from? theres no lowes or menards by me...

Use the 50 minute...

You have to let it dry over night anyhow.

If you are still looking for CA glue, find a hobby shop and buy some IC-2000.
