I have a simple quick question. If i wire my new kinetik 2400 in parallel to my stock car battery will i be fine with my 3000 watt amp? some people are saying i must get an isolator and others not. and i have no idea if it will damage anything or not. and no i wont be playing music without the car on

then you dont need one.

it won't damage anything and isolators are a waste.

I prefer solenoids when mixing different battery technologies.

If mixed batts sit together for a long time, it can degrade it's life.

Dont get one (a solenoid or isolator) but if your paranoid then get a solenoid. I would just suggest you buy a battery charger and charger your Kinetik hc2400 sometimes so your alternator wont have to work so hard.

the SAZ requires a 300amp fuse

dont get isolator, they cause voltage drop
