Posted October 28, 200915 yr well my sub is out for delivery.... i have my box built... so i am sitting here thinking if there is anything i need so when i get off work i can mount it in the box and go hook it up...... then i started to think... i know how to wire it to a 1 ohm load.... but.. with my alpine type R it had jumper cables to go from one voice coil to the other... then just one speaker wire to the amp... so i only ran one wire out of the box just thinking that is how my Xcon would be... so.... i gues what i am wondering is this how you wire the Xcon ? or do you run speaker wires from each voice coil to the amp ? i guess i could wait and find out... but i would like to have it all set up so i don't have to be needing something when i get home and ready to get it going... thanks agin
October 28, 200915 yr Author thanks... i under stand that part.... i guess what i mean is... does the sub come with a jumper wire that plugs in to the voice coil to jump one voice coil to thee other or do you make your own with speaker wire.... here is a pcture of how my old sub works to go from one voice coil to the other.... ..
