Posted November 3, 200915 yr Stumbled upon this website and wow..... you could make some serious money on some of this junk. I like the looks of this;http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/256144054/Subwoofer.htmland;http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/212748482/SPL_2_channel_Mosfet_Amplifier_with.htmland;http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/224756014/WG65B_309_Speaker.htmlIdk there is so much crap on here..... many of them require buying a minimum of 50-500 products depending on what it is..... $1,000 bucks isn't so bad for 250 SETS of speakers. I know most of it is likely made in some shabby chinese / korean / whatever factory..... but a lot of things audio wise are anyway. Opinions? Be nice please, I just personally never thought a web site like this existed and am forwarding my knowledge to you.
November 3, 200915 yr Author I mean seriously.... $220 bucks for a Hifonics Colossus amp?http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/105317237/NEW_HIFONICS_XXV_COLOSSUS_MONO_CAR.htmlI'm wondering what shipping would be, and if there would be any problems going through customs.Goliath for $600 http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/107612885/Hifonics_XXV_Goliath_amplifier.html Edited November 3, 200915 yr by holley2346
November 3, 200915 yr Sounds......Wierd......If thats true stuff, you can buy for dirt cheap, and sell for dirt cheap, and still make bills.
November 3, 200915 yr Author There are also many dealers in the United States.... I see the future of Holley Audio... Haha Edited November 3, 200915 yr by holley2346
November 3, 200915 yr Seems kinda fishy. I like how that subwoofer with the yellow cone is rated at 10,000 watts rms. lol
November 3, 200915 yr Author After searching for a while there are many of the same kinds of sites out there.... are these sites in themselves a scam, or are most business on them a scam. I know I would be EXTREMELY uncomfortable doing business with someone I couldn't drive to set straight if something went wrong.
November 4, 200915 yr I wouldnt do it and if I went into a store that had these products I wouldnt want to buy them (the subwoofer say GREAT on it, haha).
November 4, 200915 yr Author Edit: After talking to a few companies about their products and acquiring samples, I am no longer interested in any way about this idea. After getting emailed a few pdf with EXACT knock off speakers from kicker/jbl/rockford/anything else I do not approve of these business tactics. Even if a kicker cvr is $15.00. I'll leave all the designing/importing/organizing to the people that do it, and do it well. Sundown and Fi (just the first 2 that come to mind) Edited November 4, 200915 yr by holley2346
