Posted November 12, 200915 yr I plan on running a relatively high power setup. Two Warden 18's @ .7ohm (dual .7 series, then parallel) on a SAZ-4500D, a SAX-100.4 and a 50.4. Now what would be better for Park-and-play? I was planning on (3) D3100's plus a yellow/blue top under the hood and (2) 200A alts, or a single 300-350A. Would the (3) D3100's be good for reserve? Or should i get a higher number of smaller/lighter batteries? I would think while parked, i would keep it idling, but not having to is a plus. Thanks, -Chris Edited November 12, 200915 yr by DeepSubBoy
November 12, 200915 yr Your ganna want more power for those woofers. And need two 300+ amp alts. THEN you can park and play.
November 12, 200915 yr Author Off topic but where is Plainfield?Between Joliet and Naperville. Look up "Lockport street/Route 126" that's basically where I stay.

It's a daily+comp, probably gonna do a 26hz port for daily, and 38-48 (wherever the eclipse peaks) for comps. Damn, thats another grand right there....Well worth the investment though Edited November 12, 200915 yr by DeepSubBoy
November 12, 200915 yr I mean they are badass woofers, built for SPL so they take retarded power. And I'm going to be pushing 4k each to my MT's, so I'm sure the wardens could take 4k each.

November 16, 200915 yr Author do u know anybody around there with a term lab?Nope. I was wanting to buy one, but isn't it like seven bills? Is there a such thing as audio insurance? Or do i have to be happy with a warranty? Edited November 16, 200915 yr by DeepSubBoy
November 18, 200915 yr I would go with 2 250 amp alts if you can and get the powermaster 3400 for under your hood its a huge upgrade from a yellowtop or bluetop battery plus I would rather run all one brand of batteries than mixing them up
