The Icon will work well on 600 watts since there is no such thing as underpowering a subwoofer, just send it a clean signal and dont clip the amp (you will be okay). If you want to make the box bigger it would help with the low amount of power you will be sending the Icon.

Yeah and the box can be around 1.6-18 ft^3, doesnt have to be 2ft^3 but yeah the 10" would be better if 2ft^3 is the biggest enclosure you can fit.

No problem at all man.

The Icon will play very nicely with that amplifier. If after port and driver displacement, you have 2 cubes, the 12 will be just fine.

should sound excellent. I have two icon 10's in my HT on 600/ea and they are just nuts!

I was running my Icon 15 on 650 watts rms, and it was plying really well.

Omfg I am amazed... I just ordered an icon 12 inch and I plan on doing 2.25 cu ft tuned to 29hz and then use my phoenix gold xenon 1200.1 to power it. But I will set the gain accordingly to give my sub exactly 1000rms. I can't wait. I am so excited to see how this sub performs WITH THE DESIRED RMS rating. OMFG I am excited. Plus this will be my first sub with a ported box and actually built to specs instead of pre fabb box. I am used to a sealed enclosure LOL.
