Well my 1 18in fi bl mag cracked. Dont ask me how lets just say that i am very sad that this happen. And another bad thing that happen is one of the voice coils went bad in it to. I took one of the subs out of the box cuz i heard alot of buzzing. Then saw that the top magnet of the motor was split in half. I dont know why this would happen but it went from me bumpin super hard to only bumping a little with one sub. So if anyone has a BL motor please let me know or give me some info on how i can get it replaced thanks.

I would email nick with pictures of the problem, along with when you bought the sub and info on your setup. You may be able to mail it in and get it repaired under warranty, but chances are since you say a coil went bad there was some user error that caused the problems.

If the magnet cracked and shifted it may have rubbed the coil to death.

thanks everybody(steve, nick and treo and ect...) Fi is the BEST. When it comes to their customers they really do help you out great company to work with and have them stand by you when you have their products. i tested the sub and the coils arent blown they just couldn't move because the magnet was blocking the voice coil from moving.I sent the sub in today and they are helping me out. [email protected] will help you out with everything. He is a really nice dude that provides great service.
