ya am startin all over on that site it say saz 2000d not availiable

and yes i would get amp 1st an then go from their cause i think the amp is the most inportant right an it can be use once if it good

The amplifier is not the most important aspect. Select the amplifier last. Make a subwoofer selection first, then chose an amp to match the subwoofers you've selected. Purchasing an amplifier first will limit the subwoofers you can chose......this is not a smart way to go about things.

You're doing things ass-backwards.

i think the first thing i would do i had to do it all over again would be:

1. car electrical

---big 3 in either 1/0 or 4/0

2. set my goal (daily or comp)

3. look for a sub which met goal number 2

4. get an amp to match goal 3, if not doulbe the power for future application

5. pick a battery (or batteries) to suit everything

6. sub box design

7. get advice!

something along those lines! also find out how mcuh space you have to work with. like if i have a 7cubic truck you can fit like 2-15's inchs for example or if i own a hatchback or watever!

Thanks to all you guys there who is teachin me so much am new to car audio. so plz give me a break if dont no wat am sayin i hav already did the big 3 with 1/0 wire with stock alt an 2 yellow top batt one in the front an one in the back . my goal is for daily playin mostly reggae an hip hop . as for sub am leanin to 2 12" in a box size about 36x20x16 tune to ???hz

there is a good start!

2-yellow tops

big 3

and a ~5.355 cubic box~ nice plenty of volume!

now tuning! try 35hz's and go from there!

you want to go with 2-12inch subs! i would say go with sundown z15's!! and then get 1-saz2000 lol!

lol but wiat for some other ppl to chime in who MIGHT recommend the xcon or icon subs for your type of music!

What is your budget on subs? What is your budget on electrical upgrades? Are you gonna build your own box or get one built for you?

A nice setup for you would be 2 - Sundown Audio SA-12"s or 2 - Inciminator Audio Lethal Injection 12"s and a SAE-1200v2. You will need to do the Big 3 wiring upgrades and get a nice size secondary battery depending on how big your stock alternator is and if you will have any other amps in your setup. The subs are $200 each and amp is around $300.
