I found these specs

~4 cuft net tuned to 32 Hz

16" h x 40" w x 20" d

Port is 14.5" x 4", 30" long. To get 30", you make the side port wall so it extends into the box until it is 4" from the back wall, then add a piece 10" long running parallel to the back wall.

Box is .75" thick, except the baffle is 1.5" thick.

I made this in sketch up to specs I wanted to see if it looked right. besides the port being off the ground i think it is. I am new to building sub woofer boxes so any help is appreciated

Is that a box port inside? Make it a slot port, but otherwise it looks fine. Pass over with a round over bit on a router for the port would be a good thing too.

I'm not a box builder, but it seems that the hole for the sub is too far. It could be quite close to the opening of the port, not far away from the port.

Take a look at the free enclosures designs as 20000watt told you !

I looked at the boxes on the link and they look good. I think I will go with their design. Thank you all for your help, nobody else on other forums was nice enough to help.

I can tell from that box plan that I did it for someone :)

If you still need help, PM me.
