What happened was the hats came in and the embroidery guy messed up and they looked very shoddy...

I don't want to send anybody anything that I wouldn't be willing to pay for myself..and crooked stitching and lettering that isn't centered/bunched isn't tolerable...could have very easily sent the hats out to fill orders but I didn't feel comfortable doing that as I would be pissed as all hell for paying for a hat that looks jank..

Just don't believe in screwing anybody over...it's worth the wait to have something done right. To this day people still think we don't build these things and slap a UPS label on a warehouse full of boxes and out the door they go..which..baffles me..

Some people just dont take time to read what they are in store for when it comes to ordering something custom (and if they have before expect every experience to be the same). I see the read letters on your site telling about the magnets being delayed and the 7 day build time but I guess nobody takes that into consideration. Some expect once they hit pay, there sub will ship out that day or the next day without taking build time or magnet issues being a hiderance. Never knew you guys got that many BTL orders, keep up the good work and great customer service Fi .
