i ordered a 1 x Sundown Audio SAE-1200Dv2

and this is the picture and it just says d not v2 was wondering if it was the same thing or i got sent one of the older ones

"D" means it's a class-D amplifier, not the version.

ya didnt know if the newer ones said 1200dv2 just making sure i got the right one

If you turn it upside down it should tell you what model, version, all that jazz :fing34:

Uf you look at the guts and it looks like the first picture its a v1. if its the second picture its a v2. (v2 has all the same size fets on the same side and v1 is mixed)

Yep... any of them shipped any time recently brand new is a v.2 model.

Externally they look identical to the v.1 models.
