i came setup to play music, but ended up in woofer cooker class.

so i did what i could with what i had setup.

i had 1x btl 15

2x saz1500d

ford explorer

I got a 147.9 <still had some left>

i am verrrrrrrry happy for my first try.

now knowing what class i'm in i will build a fart box and do better.

most important to me is that my kids wanted to compete and thats why i put this together.

they had a great time, and want to do it again.

i was the only one with FI subs at this show, sparked a little interest after i ran.

the wife even had fun.

im glad that i got a competitive score first try, i told the kids to hope for about a 135.

boy were we suprised with a 147.9.

being a total noob to spl --- what is the average score for 1x 15" in an suv - daily driver ?

thanks, they put ear plugs on and helped hold my back window/door closed.

really it was the btl that got that score for me.

the box it was in was tuned wrong, had no 45's, minimal sanding and the glue was still drying.

i had no test time and had to use a cd i have never heard before, purchased 5 min before my run.

so that was all FI BTL................
