So, I reinstalled all my equipment last night in my vehicle (4SA8's on a SAZ-1500D) and starting hearing this really odd tingy vibration. I immediately freaked out and thought that I blew a sub or subs. I localized it to one sub in particular and noticed that when I pushed down slightly on the dustcap that it went away. I've never had anything like this happen before and was clueless. After a sleepless night of worry and kicking myself in the ass repeatedly, I sent Jacob an email this morning around 9. I was walked through several things to look for and after a few emails, he told me to do the loctite tutorial. I've just got done doing it, letting it cure, and everything is beautifully rediculous again Customer service was a large part of my reason for giving Sundown a try and I've never regretted it!! Jacob is the man and I'm a customer for life I'll be repin' Sundown at Slamology and speaking to any and everyone I can about the oustanding price, performance and customer service...FTW!
