I have a AA atlas 15 and was wondering if anyone could recone it to a 12? if so what would be the cost on everything, basket, cone, shipping? also would you just it a dvc sub or would it still have that odd smaller vc to change the qts?

Pretty sure we've still got some coils laying around to recone that one. It won't have the ability to adjust the Qts though, as many people had no idea what that really did anyhow. Where are you located?
