1.25 miles on the new ACL

followed up by a bunch of single set burn outs with the stretchy bands.

Played 4 games of pickup basketball last night

Bench press

straight bar tricep pushdown

upright pectoral fly machine

tricep dips

a few pushups

some ab stuff

Then did the plyometric cardio circuit Insanity DVD.

Last night I did one mile of jog/sprint intervals and jumped rope for 5 minutes.

Not really a work out, but was something. The tint shop was just under a mile away from my office, so I drive the car over there at lunch and walked back. Then walked back over at 5 to pick it up.

Did not run due to some back pain, but went for a 1.5 mile walk.

Shot some baskets, then lifted legs. On Saturday I ran 2 miles.

Hey we watched some of that last night too. The gf and I are driving back to Virginia for a week after Christmas to visit her family and we are mapping out man vs. food and diners, drive-ins, and dives stops to eat at all along the way and back.

Now I just need to find the energy to get on my elliptical before bed.

Ran 2 miles, then went to the gym and lifted.

Did 1.75 miles last night, little swollen, but not too bad. Going to go again tonight, little farther.

This morning was a real intense 20 minutes of workout bands with 1 set to failure. :)

managed 1.5 miles @ 3.2 on the treadmill plus weights; says I burned 24 carbs, 192 calories. Not sure whether that is accurate, useful, or otherwise...

knee and ankle are about as close to 100% as they'll ever be, methinks

Completed (Run): Distance 1.98 mi, Duration 21:09, Pace 10:41 min/mile, Speed 5.6 mph.

That is slow, but longest I have run in over a year and on the new knee.

Only had a chance to do a few sets of low weight to failure last night. :(

Haven't been on in a while. Wednesday I lifted mostly legs but also did one lift for other body parts, just to get everything attentive for my basketball game last night. Did some pushups, pullups, seated row, and ab stuff. Then I ran about 2.5 miles, which sucked due to 50* and 25 mph winds. Some gusts nearly stopped me, and when I was done I had a headache due to the wind blowing in my eyes.

Yesterday I had a basketball game. Not sure how far I ran/walked/slide defense/whatever, but guessing at 100 feet per trip down the court x estimated 240 trips up and down the court, that's about 4.5 miles.

I think I'm about to run 2 miles. Preemptive post!

Ran 3 miles earlier this morning, and just went to the gym for biceps/shoulders/back day.

I missed a week due to having my son all week. Last night just did some high rep curls. This morning was only 50 push up's, but I hope to get a run in tonight. :)
