That is awesome.  Because of you, to add to my push ups and squats per day, I am trying 20 pull ups per day to start.

In January I did 8 sets of body weight circuit daily.

Did:

25 push ups

10 pull ups

25 crunches

Per set

By the end of the month I was doing my last 2 sets of pull ups with an additional 45 lbs of weight on the belt.  Was strong AF.  But it was beating the crap out of me.  Need to add back in some daily stuff again, but not quite at that level.
