We are going to try metering if the cops don't show up :)

Keep in mind the truck can still haul six passengers so there is a big ol' cabin.

Hope you guys get it on the meter today without any problems :D

Batteries are charging and we will do some metering once they are full.

We don't expect optimum results as there are 18 sets of Y-Splitters involved -- bet the head unit is hating life

Once Hank gets home he is going to use a Maxx-Link at least for a while until he figures out whats wrong with his line driver unit.

Hopefully it'll be something simple, easy fix. *crosses fingers*

We got the batteries up to 17.8 volts and got sick of waiting so we did a sweep :

Peaks at 30 Hz ! :)

Burp - was a bit louder with 156.7 dB

-----

Clamping power:

910 watts per amp x 12 = 10,920 watts for 156+ dB @ 30 Hz. We calculated impedance rise to be 3.5 ohms -- also currently we are using 18 Y-Splitters to get the signal to the amps so RCA voltage is really low (line driver not working right now). Hank plans to do more testing with a line driver soon when it gets fixed.

Dual purpose video - we floated this bag all over the port AND did a hair trick with all the doors closed. This truck is BRUTAL... still at 17v at the end of the video, it's very efficient.

So did he cut into the truck or just remove the back glass?

I don't really understand these kind of comments, but whatever.

It's a joke. You know the whole big thing about Mckinnie saying that about his truck, right?
