theres a possibillity you could make away with a single sheet but it would be close

layout the cuts. It really depends on each panel's dimensions.

i would count on using 2 sheets. 4 cubes is a decent sized box. treat your woofer to a nice, well built, double baffled, nicely braced box. and $32 a sheet doesnt sound like much of a sale anyway.

thanks for the input. And i cant layout the cuts quite yet lol. I was amking sure how much i needed to get before i bought it. Ill probably end up buying 2. and the 2nd one can be my mistake sheet. First box

I would also be careful that 1/0 is not the thick strand house wire stuff like for 110/220. You dont want that.

I had a big ole box for my 15, and I could have gotten away with 1 sheet, but then I went with a slot port instead of aeros or PVC or something, so take port baffles into account too if necessary.
