1 Yellow top under the hood and 2 Blue tops for the back-Still undecided on what batts to go with?

if you havent bought your batteries already i would suggest not buying the Optima im running 5 XS power 14 v but if your going to stay at 12v for the money you cant beat XS power, you can buy them right here from the SSA store

Do you have any idea how loud super tweeters are?

If I understand you correctly you will have 4 tweeters from the comps and 4 ST?

Sorry man, but there is no way that could ever sound good. Maybe 4 mids and 1 set of ST to start.

There was a 4 channel Boss amp in a group buy here on ssa. You should try to get one, if it's still possible. You would have more power and a better amp for a small price.

and I think i'm going to stick with audiopipe for now. I'm always one to give companies a chance. I have heard a lot of really good talk about them and seen some solid reviews! With my budget in mind I think they are a good buy

Why buy components and super tweeters? The components should easily cover the frequency range and be plenty loud.

thanks for the advice....I looked into the AQ 3500 and it is just a little more expensive than I'd like. I would love to find a used sundown for around 400-500 but I haven't found 1 yet

The sundown 2000d would be a cleaner 2000 watts than the audiopipe right? The AP is tested at 16v getting the 3,000 at 2 ohms. And this SD tests 2,000 at 1 ohm at 14.4v.

SD 2000>AP3000 right?

There is no point in buying super tweeters and a component set. Just by the 4 mids from Crescendo Audio and get the 2 super tweeters you want. Putting regular car tweeters with super tweeters/bullet tweeters is a waste because the super tweeters are more efficient. You want even hear the dome tweeters at all, so it would be pointless to buy them and install them.

Why are yall worried about the guy being a bad seller before you even deal with him, give the dude the benefit of the doubt. There is no shady business that goes on over here when it comes to selling products, this forum is a notch above the rest.

Didn't mean it that way, he sounded excited about what he found, so I'm hoping all goes smooth, just saying the last thing he would like to see is the sell to fall through or go somebody else that offers the seller more money. I wasn't doubting the seller @ all.

yea i agree. I have noticed nothing but great sellers so far from other peoples sales Just looking out for myself and hoping it goes smooth !

I recently heared a set of JBL speakers? I don't know which one (not the gti's) but it sounded well and was not really well installed. the owner was using several Audiopipe speakers at the same time. The single set of JBL was playing so much louder and cleaner than all the other speakers !!
