Anyone have any recommendations on a good 500+/- watt amp?

I'm bringing my Fi Q 18" home and I won't be using it for car audio for a while

The box was tuned to 29hz, and I don't mind if I can't hit the ultra low notes in movies, but I'll mostly use it listening to music.

i bought the Bash 500 to run my two 12" Dcons... it is a good amp for the price.... i read all the reveiws and some of the Dayton ones they say they get a hummm ... no humm with the Bash i bought.. it was on sale for 169.99 now it is 228.58 ... man i caught it at the right time... here is a link to all the plate amps....

PE.com is your best bet.

Can you use PA Amps in place of a plate amp if your using the a reciver for the signal output.
