Whats a good amp to power two xcon 15's i can get two saz-1500 used for $350 or one saz-3500. Should i get the d1 or d2's?

Get the 3500 and 2 d1's. Final 1 ohm load.

Get the 3500D.... best choice...

:morepower1: 3500 then you can run the 1 ohm load and you wont have to strap or gain match!

I say : get the D2 and the (2) saz 1500 amps. $700 for both, the 3500 is more expensive, and the 500 watts more won't be noticed.

If you want to change later, it will be easier to sell each item rather than all the system.

You will only neeed to link the amps : it's easy to do, no gain to match...

If an amp fail, you will still have bass. If you have a problem with the 3500 : no bass until it get fixed.

It's up to you.

Good luck !

Those are great points... I'd still lean with the 3500D because of size and install... But either way will work ....

2 1500Ds

I had two 1500 v.2s strapped to two 12" Xcons. It worked out great. If you are worried about strapping, don't be it is very easy. Basically reiterate everything Notorius said from above.

Either way will work great for you.

D2s if you want the 1500s

D1s if you want the 3500

Waiting for pics
