February 21, 201114 yr Start with the bottom and build your way up. You can try to preassemble as much as you can fit in.
February 22, 201114 yr Author ok after trying to assemble as much as i can before i put the box in the trunk, can i just use wood glue because i know i will not be able to get a drill or screwdriver on top to put the screws in
February 22, 201114 yr I would use this and you can find it here http://www.kregtool.com/Kreg-Jigreg-Mini-Prodview.html

Never had a problem that way
February 22, 201114 yr ^^ This is the best way to do a box build inside the trunk. Without a good base to screw/nail to it probably just won't be as strong as it needs to be. Now, if it's for a low powered setup, maybe, but if you're running 1k or better I wouldn't trust the strength of the joint that tool provides. I've done a few in trunk builds, getting ready to do another for my 'lil bro and his 18" SSD in the trunk of an '08 Grand Prix and using something to reinforce the edges like the 2x2's will be now I'm doing his as well.
