Rotozips suck balls.

They are LOUD and cut really slow. I can cut a better circle out with a jig saw than with a roto zip.

They even sort of stink for cutting sheetrock, sure you get a circle but you eat more dust than you put anywhere else and it is painfully slow.

whats the color of the jeep's interior? thats a huge deciding factor. I went with black because its a trunk setup and when i dropped the seat down, all you could see was MDF the subs were kind of hidden. Flat black on the box and voila, now you see carbon fiber. From the trunk it doesn't look that good because it doesn't match a damn thing though.

The beauty of paint is you can still cover it later if you want. Just make sure to do something to the endgrain if you're going to paint, it soaks up paint like crazy, i seriously cannot stress how much its like a sponge

i have gray interior and red exterior.. i started paintin my sub box black today.. i still have a couple of coats left.. i like the way it looks eventually ill carpet it..

I say go vinyl like dave's matching color as closely as possible
