April 4, 201114 yr Have you looked at the Kicker amps? I ran a zx1500.1 on 2 ssd 12's and worked great and they are rated at 2 ohms.
April 4, 201114 yr audiopipe ap30001d. do it. I had 2 10" Fi SSDs but they were dual 1 ohm so I had to wire at 4 ohm for 2000 watts instead of the 2 ohm. Brand new, it is right out of your budget by 20 dollars for 320 shipped. If you don't want 1500 watts to each SSD, which by the way they can take easy, then just turn the gain down.
April 4, 201114 yr Kicker amps are too expensive for his budget. Maybe a used one ?Take a look at the Clarion amps : there is one that can fit, with 1500 watts at 2 Ohms.

April 4, 201114 yr Aq 1200 at 1 Ohm, but he needs the same power at 2 Ohms. So forget that Audioque 1200. Maybe the Audiopipe 3000, with the gain way down !
April 4, 201114 yr Audiopipe will probably be the cheapest way to get a decent amp that will make the power you want @2ohms.If you're buying new that is. Edited April 4, 201114 yr by Ohjay
April 6, 201114 yr Author first i would like to thank you all for the help. and then i want to say that i made a huge mistake by saying that my subs are D2 i meant to say that they are D1. which im sure now makes a huge difference.
April 6, 201114 yr The Audiopipe 1500 is like 150ish on ebay, otherwise the Audioque 1200 is 249 from their site. I would also recommend looking into refurbished Sundowns from dB-r. They currently have a few on hand that fit your power and budget needs.
