Nothing major, just Arch Duke Ferdinand, official SSA mascot, is in for Gaul Stone surgery this morning. Poor little guy was peeing blood and was in pain. We hope this will relieve his pain and solve the issue.

be strong Ferdinand. Don't start another WW !

ADF the first one that is, did not start the war, but maybe his assassination did.

Good luck buddy!

Man after my dog got sick we gt dog insurance.

Actually is pretty cheap and reduces surgery stuff massively.

Good luck though

Just got the news - surgery report is that it went well, not sure if they are keeping him over night yet. That is great to hear.

Good to hear. Hope he gets better quickly.

Glad to hear all went well. I'm sure he'll be posing with subwoofers in no time!!!!

Good to here all went well.

Hopefully a quick recovery!

Will he be wearing a cone when he comes home? So he doesn't remove his staples.

My moms neighbor got a "whiplash" collar for her dog after surgery, it allows them to eat and drink without problems. Something to ask the vet about anyway.

Get well soon, Ferdinand.

Pic. on the first page doesn't work for me. :trippy:

I got home late last night so I did not get to hang out with him. But had a few minutes with him this morning. He is still groggy and will be for a few days due to having to be on morphine to keep the pain under control. But this should help him a great deal once he is feeling better. Maybe this evening I will take a photo for update. He had such a sad look on his face, but I think that is the medicine and being out of it.
