July 6, 201114 yr Author Interior is very clean! Is that all new fabric?Nice start on the box, what are the specs? Those Jasper jigs are great tools! Thanks!!! Headliner recovered, all new carpet. Grasshopper is planning on giving the rest of the interior components a good cleaning.Circle jig seems to be pretty cool, will give it a good try-out when I cut out the double baffle. Enclosure specs:Overall outside demensions: 48W x 15.5H x 14D Gross vol. 4.7'3With displacement of subs, port and amp-rack leaves about 2.65'3 net. Slightly over recomended space but they won't be seeing a ton of power.Port Size: 12" x 3" x 36" Should give a tuning just under 30Hz.Had to make a decision on were to put the port, because Grasshopper wanted that Wow effect when you open the tailgate vs. the function of the port.
July 7, 201114 yr Author Few more updates on the enclosure progress.Amp-rack in place.45s installed.Rounded port edge.Helloooooo! Baffles ready!!
