Ordered some 10" DCONS a few days ago and noticed on the info page in the store about "DCON 8D4 Coming Soon" Can you (Mark or Aaron) comment on what this is about? Similar specs to the current DCONS. Have not seens any info here on the forum about these so not sure if this is a dead end or if the store is actually waiting for them.

There were a number of things that caused the Dcon 8 to get pushed back. We still plan to build them, it might be a bit longer. I still have the prototype, but we will have to address the final design when it is time.

Good to hear it is still on the table as a possible product. Got any pics of the prototype??

The prototype has the same motor stack as the 10" & 12" version's.

The Fcon is on hold, there is too much on our plate. I LOVE our prototype, it is very close in sound to my ear, and performance to a smaller version of the 1st gen Icon, which is what we were aiming for.

Sounds good for an upgrade option for the wall I am working on!

ZCONS in the works, FCON on hold and I guess the 8" DCON is way down on the list...
