So, unfortunately i don't think i will be able to get the hight i need for 15s in a regular blow through. i have been looking in doing some sort of bandpass blow through with the chamber firing into the truck from the bed. i have read other posts and things but there seem to be too many different opinions and not facts. Any information for me would be greatly appreciated. I have seemed to be more focused of a 6th order. i like the way its ported inside a port but i do NOT have much knowledge on this so i'm looking forward to learning more about it. Would a bandpass be my best option, if so which one and why?

i was looking to do something like this.

I figured you guys knew what i was running. i am running 2 aa mayhem 15's with two sundown 3ks in a 98 s10. a 250 amp alt a kinetik 1800 unfront and a 2400 in the back. My goals are for just a daily ground pounder. i would like tuning to be around 30-32 hz but i do not know how to tune a bp. im not sure what you mean by tip the manifold, to do a traditional blow through i would do my subs flush with my back panel but i cannot get enough height to put the drivers through the cut .

the most i can get out for height is 16.5 subs od is 15.6 and i need room for the box and for the boot.

But if you angle / slant the mounting baffle then they could fit :ughdunno:

M5 beat me :attempt:

And if you tip the subs at a 45 degree angle (or even much less) they will fit easily :)

well would you be able to help me with a box design?

But with the angled baffle, you have to worry about your basket/motor hitting the bottom of the box.

Good point, would have to make sure you'd have the clearance before building box. Computers and calculators ftw :P
