What made you use fiberglass over silicone and titebond over liquidnails?

Because fiberglass actually adds strength to the box, and when you paint the resin over the inside of the box it clogs up the pores in the mdf.

And titebond creates a really strong bond, I'm not a fan of liquidnails.

Fiberglass adds strenght and seals it up. But the titebond(=woodglue) should already seal it up and the bond is stronger then the MDF itself. Liquidnails doesn't has that strong of a bond.

EDIt: you kind of didn't take the time to do it right. Have you sanded down the resin?
