    So you cut out the port opening with a router once the box is built? never seen it done like this before.

    This is interesting, cut the port after is assembled mmmmm

    what is the box tuned to? and what is the volume? LxWxH?

    This looks like what I need for my bimmer

    Cut port and speaker cut-outs last ensures that everything lines up perfectly. Only problem with that is that you end up with a lot of saw dust to blow out of the box.
