Posted August 6, 201114 yr Just wanted to write a quick thanks to SSA here...preordered a Sundown SA-8 a few weeks ago...Got an e-mail confirming the order and payment was made almost immediately. Received my sub today. LOVE it so far! Main thing I have to say is your communication during the sale is TREMENDOUS...got the confirmation e-mail, a status order letting me know you were waiting on Sundown to get them, and then a status update saying they were shipped including the tracking number! Great service guys, and I'm already trying to talk a few friends into trying some of the SSA subs now! Thanks, Mick S.
