On June 24th 2011, I ordered a pair of Sundown Z-18 v.2 D2 Subs from woofersetc.com Roughly a week and a half later the subs were received but when unboxed the basket of one of them was severely cracked in 2 places. :ohnoes9: I contacted woofersetc, and they set up a claim with fed ex. Roughly a week later fed ex came out and picked up the sub and due to some type of miscommunication it was shipped all the way back to CA. The sub wasn't supposed to go back, due to a shortage of baskets they were searching high and low for a basket and I was going to get broken sub back, transfer the magnet assembly and re-cone it myself. After several phone calls and emails to both sundown and woofersetc.com, I finally got a reply that the glue was drying and that the woofer would be sent out tomorrow. Roughly one month after the original order was placed I finally had both subs. I understand, that when dealing with items this expensive to ship, and just plain expensive in general that there is going to be some debate as to whos fault it was that there was damage and who's going to eat the cost. One week after I got the second woofer, I got another email from Julian at wooftersetc asking how everything turned out. Damn, I was impressed. Jacob and Brandon at sundown and Julian at woofersetc, did everything they could to make for one very satisfied customer. Pics of enclosure coming soon. Thank you again to everyone at sundown and woofers etc for making / selling and standing behind a damn fine product. :thanx: I love  them, my truck hates them. LOL

That's Sundown for you. Always lending the helping hand. It's amazing that he gets anything done with all the stuff on his plate.
